Best thing since sliced bread!
It will even load single stack mags and they have a .22 LR version out now
It was a real boon when I bought my .40. The springs in the new mags were very stiff and it was murder on the fingers to get the last few rounds in.

I've used many different mag loaders and this one is the easiest to use. They cost about $30 though.

If the finger that pushes the round in will fit into the magazine, it should work with the .32 S&W short.
The .32 S&W short has a case diameter of 8.61 mm. The UpLula's finger is 7.86 mm at the narrowest part and about 9mm at the very back. So technically it should work as the magazine opening should be a little larger than the cartridge.
