U can Buy Knifes in (Msaleh and company near crawford market Near abdul rehman street) he sales all kind of knifes . he sales imported branded knifes and a nice showroom.02223427176 / 02256335996

yaar if you looking for the chinese ones you can explore Chor Bazaar, go to Grant Road eastern side and as u get nearer there are various shops, if you have been there before there are some shops which are on the opposite side of the mandir and many of them sell gym equipement
