Was looking for one when I chanced upon an Indian exporter. It took me a month to get him to release one for my Sensei who also teaches Aido. These don't have an edge so they are legal for decoration and practice.
Price is subject to any he has left. Normally hovers around Rs.3000.
I plan to pick up one for myself whenever he informs me about his inventory status. I'll try to pry a few more out of his hands if some guys want it. But I don't know about couriering it from Delhi. If they carry it then I can ship em to guys in the country.

Okay Gents,
The next batch of katanas is almost ready. Those wanting one pm me. Price is Rs.3000 without postage. At the moment I shall only be able to get some for Delhi and NCR, buyer picks up the blade.
