Hey aadhaulya sir
I made these blow guns by pvc pipes used for water supply in houses. smaller one is about 4 feet and other is about 6 feet. Bigger one can hit accurate upto 70 feet. It can hunt small games. Darts with poison can be used to hunt big games. Very silent weapon. I blow a home made dart of bamboo. But one can use skewers as darts.

Great job. 70 feet is a good range. I will also try out something similar.

Good DIY effort Raghavendrasingh - nice work!

I used to have a couple of Bamboo Blowguns that I had picked up in Malaysia, they worked really well. They used darts made of bamboo skewers with a pith base. Quite powerful and great fun to shoot!

Here is a link to some information about usage http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/70092/blowgun
Blowgun, tubular weapon from which projectiles are forcefully propelled by human breath. Primarily for hunting, it is rarely used in warfare. Employed by Malaysians and other Southeast Asian aboriginals, in southern India and Sri Lanka, in Madagascar (Malagasy Republic), in northwestern South America, in Central America north to central Mexico, among southeastern American Indians, and in Melanesia (rarely), it also may have been used prehistorically in the Antilles. Apparently invented by Malaysians, blowguns were Pre-Columbian in both hemispheres; whether their occurrence in the New World represents reinvention or introduction remains uncertain
