In my opinion, it seems overpriced for a neck knife...
However considering its a Benchmade with a Harley Davidson logo it surely has to cost a bomb, plus it's a pair.
About the quality and material (440C) I would rather not comment and wait for the posts by some experts here

I will post in detail in some time

Ok so this is, A Combo offer!!! For 2 discontinued made in USA, 440C steel, kidex sheath knives, which was msrpd at $85 per knife. You do the math. For me if its genuine, its too hard to pass.
440C is a very good steel if heat treated properly which is well expected from a company like Benchmade. I had grate experience with kydex sheath as the retention stays same for years. The size of the blade is just adiquate for me and the handle is large enough. There's a couple of videos on YouTube, you might wanna check them.
I am attaching the original PDF specs of the blade.
All you should be concerned about the genuineness of it. You might want to contact the seller to confirm that. For me, looking at the 100% feedback rate, I would have bought the knife if had extra cash to buy. .... Aah who am I kidding, I wouldn't have cared about the feedback and would have bought it anyways. ROTFL ROTFL

But rest, its purely your choice. Do some research but make it quick, this might get removed soon

Btw, that kind of money has to be shelled for any decent branded knife. And for a US made blade, I have never seen that cheap in India.

Congrats buddy,
Waiting on the pics. If you got the plain finish, keep it oiled after use as 440c can rust. How much did u shell out for 1 blade? Shashank

I'd be cautious getting a disc. knife on ebay, and there are several red flags:
(a) Stock photos from Benchmade, instead of actual photos.
(b) HD knives are China-made, and pretty much every China-made item is counterfeited (once the design is in China, there is no stopping to fakes).
(c) Knife sold w/o paracord is not exactly brand new.

When in doubt, best option is to post a query to the BM forum on bladeforums, or BM forums (benchmadeforums.com). Folks there are pretty helpful in spotting the fakes. Additionally, communicate with the buyer and request actual close-up pictures. If he refuses, you know the deal.
