folders they are, the two on the top are the pre 1988 ones that were made in Germany, and the two at the bottom are made in South Africa now:

Below, all of them opened up, the one at the top in the famous lock blade, i heard this design (with the ring) is also called the 'kudu' knife.

Originally made in Germany for their colonies in Africa in the early 1900's in Solingen, the folding knife was named after these hybrid asses:

Nice knives. I saw similar cattleman knives in US.Probably made in Solingen.

Okapis are not hybrids.They are close to giraffes.

"hybridd asses" ??? The okapi is an antelope, close relative to the giraffe.
