Small Indian made step lock

People talk about the dependability of the Swiss knife. Well this is my very Indian step lock. I have carried it for 12 years now and used it for most tasks a knife can be put to and then some more. It has cut ropes, dressed meat ***edited - Moderator*** and even forced out stuck shells- (KF) made rounds suck. It was made for me by a Topchanchi (now in Jharkhand) craftsman and was originally intended to be my letter opener. Fashioned probably from the leaf spring of a truck, the three inch blade is razor sharp and needle pointed. Made in India at its best.

The blade design is not quite what one would expect of a utility knife, looks something like a cross between a straight razor and a stiletto.

Cheers!
