They are reasonably well made knives and you wouldn't be disappointed. I have no idea if these are available in India.
Believe it or not but I had two. One I gifted to a friend many moons back and the other was stolen today. I hope it cuts the swine. Preferably mortally.

As you know I was starting on reflooring and painting at home today.
This knife is kept near the pillow. I saw it whilst emptying the bedroom this morning but forgot to lock it away.
Later in the day I see Yash's post and go to the bedroom to put it away but find there is no sign of it.
It's obviously one of the four who has come to redo the flooring. Have turned half the place over including the shrubbery in the lawn and where the debris are being piled up awaiting removal but no joy. I think he/they got rid of it when they went for lunch.
I think it had a 7.5" or 8" blade.
It's not the cost or the difficulty in getting knives that matters. It's the memories associated with it that makes the loss painfull....I have had this knife since 1986.
Anyway, onto more cheerful subjects now....did you pick up the shotty? Look forward to the post and pics.

Mack The Knife-
Thats really sad to know, serendipity shall we call it? No doubt it was a lovely piece.
These knives are available in India with Gunmark in Pune. I have asked them for a rate list. They will send in a day or two. I plan to buy a couple ( a hunting and an army)

Monty-
Did you get yours from Mr Kulkarni? If yes then whats the price?
Are they sharp enough or require sharpening.

Re: Aitor knives anyone?
Got the rates from Mr Kulkarni of Pune. Quite exorbitant i would say.
Jungle King 1 Black -- 14500/-
Jungle King 1 steel -- 14000/-
Jungle king 2 -- 11700/-
Bowie Magnum -- 12000/-
Bowie Junior -- 6000/-
Bowie Junior Nato -- 5500/-
I think the Mizo bowie is a much better and practical choice looking at these rates.
How is it faring with the people who ordered it?

I've got a Jungle King 1, picked it up from Germany for Euro 156, its probably a knife, which I have purely from an aspirational value.
I tried cutting chicken with that, the Blade is just too thick..and all the zig-zag in the hollow handle- well what can i say - may be i'll post some pics for you to figure it yourself how practical it is ...
And the sheath could be used as a catapult...less said about it the better..
Khukri is the way to go..if you ask me.. let me see i can post pics
