Indians For Guns

Hi all, I have another legal question. What are the legal restrictions for having a knife in Delhi without a license? I checked out the thread on blade length, but could not find the answer. I have a nice Leatherman pocket knife that my Dad gave me years ago. I appreciate your help and knowledge.
