Hi, went to the basecamp in GVK hyderabad as my wife gifted a victorinox silver tech huntsman which had a cracked frame... Called the shop before visiting and he had no problem in exchanging.. he was een ready to give me the Muela kirpan in exchange but as the swiss knife is too gud to part from bought both
