Could the experts tell me if this knife is legal in India?

You had a very specific query and I tried to give you a suggestion which to my belief was the best and easily available option to fit in targeted use.

You gave a reason why you did not like it. Suits me, do not buy it. I am not a sales rep for that company. But it is a decent tool and should be used the way it is meant to be used. Thats it.

Now coming to the rest :D

Well I really did not know how far in the pellet was until you just told me  They aint called MULTI-TOOLS for nothin. If the tail was sticking out the blade should have just been used to cut a little space around and then the primary screw driver should have been used to pry it out and not the tip of the blade.

 well, I guess we may carry these for peeling apples, cutting tomatoes, cutting strings and rope, opening cardboard boxes, opening wafer bags, whittling sticks, fondling, oh yeah for cutting seat belts, mundane everyday tasks etc etc. The list is endless you know.
pencil sharpening?
No please, please don't do it. The way you handle things you are likely to cut yourself doing it or break the blade.

Some of the folders out there are good enough to saw wood with if you are patient enough.I hardly would refer to the above as abusive usage.
I had earlier asked you which is the knife you want to buy for the use you had specified but I guess you missed the question. I will put up the question again this time: Which is the knife you would buy to fit in your earlier EDC targeted usage and to saw wood?

I for one would use the Victorinox multitools as one may also opt for a model with a pretty decent and aggressive wood saw on it. Not asking you to buy it though. Just stating what I would do.
How stupid, mad dogs are not in their senses, because they are MAD!!!! i use a knife to kill/injure it not perform a war dance hoping to scare it away.
Well I regret if I offended you in some way in my last post

But again, it WAS really funny ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL

OK, define what you mean by the term Mad Dog. In common usage it would probably mean a Rabid Dog or Do you mean a dog thats MAD at YOU. ROTFL ROTFL I bet it wouldnt be difficult for a dog though. ROTFL ROTFL

"Mad dogs are not in their senses because they are MAD!!!i use a knife to kill / injure it !!!!" I agree, as you say that indeed IS very STUPID. Did you even think about what you are saying or suggesting or of it being logical or practical?

And by the way since you use a knife to kill / injure mad dogs how many have you exterminated by now. Any special technique to do it and not get bitten?? :o :o

Well I do not want to get into a dog fight with you. :D

So lets finish it so you have the last word: Mad dogs are not in their senses because they are mad.

I totally agree. Would make no sense arguing here.

I will not be discussing anything else in this thread with you. Bye.

the discussion long went from one knife to which all can be carried.

They aint called MULTI-TOOLS for nothin

was looking for a TACTICAL FOLDER.

do you think i need to check the legality of a tool required for mundane tasks?

No please, please don't do it. The way you handle things you are likely to cut yourself doing it or break the blade.

so you have opinions of the unseen?

I had earlier asked you which is the knife you want to buy for the use you had specified but I guess you missed the question. I will put up the question again this time: Which is the knife you would buy to fit in your earlier EDC targeted usage and to saw wood?

i see you have not understood the problem.I will tell you now- it is which knives are legally acceptable in the eyes of the law, not mine. The saw wood statement is what certain knives can do, not what I WANT TO DO.

That was an interesting reply :D

You really are incorrigible and persistently consistent in what ever you are doing here. Meant as a compliment :)

Friends
victrinox is importing mules knifes from Spain and selling openly in Indian stores with proper billing. This may indicate that these are available and permitted in India. :D
I think that the invention of the Bullet is the most remarkable event in the history of mankind. It has the power to ensure both Humanity and Inhumanity.
