Can anyone give details of a lawyer or agent who helps in acquiring a swords license in Delhi? As getting them from ebay is a hassle, but if you have a license then its not a problem to buy things online! And its a hassle at licencing unit in Delhi.

If someone knows any agent or a lawyer do let me know!

Thanks in advance!

Dear Banjara, the William Henry site was great. Although I prefer tactical and commercial knives I was awestruck by the small video presentation on the site. Thanks for sharing the information.

You don't need a lawyer for the same. The procedure is the same as an arms license, same hassles, same questioning. :) . Doubt a lawyer can help you out.

Thanks a Ton!

I don't mind dedicating time and effort on the premise that they will issue the license eventually, what do you suggest?

Send a PM to fellow member Olly, he's got it done. Check with him on process, time taken and all that stuff.

Hello,

I too am looking to get an Eickhorn (8 inches) or Ka-bar (6-1/2 or 7 inches blade) through post. Is there any licence requirement for importing any knife with a blade length exceedng 6 inches
