Update: Today checked out:

Kershaw Speed Bump
Spyderco Tenacious
Buck 110 Hunter
Smith & Wesson CK2B Drop Point

Guess Buck knives don't have a pocket clip!
Don't know how S&W, Mtech & Gerber foldable knives are!

Now ultimately choice between all Spydies: Resilience, Tenacious, Persistence, Endura & Delica.
Guess now its pretty straight-forward & clean cut for dear Gunners to respond!

Ahh.. finally Spydie Tenacious is in my hands! Thanks all for wonderful suggestions.

Its a nicely built knife, size is good for me. The blade is not too thick though.
Lets see how it holds its edge but the product is made in China.

I'll use it for sometime, witness the quality & if it works fine, Im dead into the Sypdie club. Next lined up purchase - Delica 4.

Will upload pics. later.

:D Congratulations on th epurchase, you've made a perfect choice. 8Cr13Mov is a Chinese Version of Aus8. It's takes a superb edge provided you have a good sharpener like the Lansky or the Spyderco Sharpmaker. The G10 scales are lovely too..... Post some pics asap.

Wonderful, :D You've got a top qulaity blade, the folders got superb build quality. What was the final landed price ?

I sometimes regret not using a credit card and purchasing knives online, but it's good in a way, would have emptied my bank balance by now  Knife centre's so damn tempting. Do post some pics of your knives when you can.

Best Regards

It's a very good knife for the price, don't worry too much about being manufactured in China. Do invest in a good sharpening system, no better investement for a knife collector or a user. Try to get the Lansky or the Spyderco Sharpmaker, two systems which a lot of members here already use.

P.S: Why do you need an instruction manual ?

Rajat, Choombak or Bruno22 are the experts, I'm just a novice. But see if you can get a Benchmade Griptilian or a Spyderco Military, I've been trying to source these since ages now  ..... Both are top quality knives, expensive and with their larger blades definately not for EDC purposes.

P.S: The Recon Tanto's too definately good to carry around, the things built like a tank.

Damn that's still works out to be cheaper (even with the depreciating rupee) than at the price it's avaialble here for around INR 8K. Looking forward to see your collection. :D
