Justice Delivered!

Anyways, let me clear the air, I have always wanted to own one of those replica 1911s but, am not a club member as of now. Hence my interest in how our dear Moin has managed to procure one. Nonetheless, please forgive me If I have been too bold Moin. :stupid:

How did you manage to procure the Tanfoglio 1911? Considering that you are not a Rifle Association Member yet, I am guessing you got it from a local dealer. Did you?

Not at all Ak27, I requested a friend of mine who has a club memebership to provide the documentation. This was purchased through Relish Sports, highly recommend these guys, the owner Mr.Zafar is a through gentleman.

Dont ask Moin is type of questions, he knows how to make friends and how to use them, for his personal gains.

There are many, but one out of them, has helped him to get 1911, so whats wrong in that ?

Regards.
Yes Sir, I have made friends with many wonderful people through IFG and I do reach out to them whenever any advise, guidance or even help is required. Where else can one find people with like minded interests and highly knowledegable on all things under the sun.

Thanks for the info Moin bhai. I am going to join a Shooting Club this year. Once I do, I guess I can go ahead and get it through Relish Sports.

Meanwhile, a first-hand review of the CO2 Pistol will be much appreciated. Have always found your blade reviews very helpful. :)

Aditya

Dear friends,

During the IFG meet in Mumbai, I discussed with all the blade enthusiasts about my sudden discovery of my Laguiole knives. I have them since 9 years now but they never tilted my head :D . They are in fact, fixed blade table knives, razor sharp to cut down to the bones, with beautiful horn handles.
How did I discover them or rather how did I learn to appreciate them? My sense of appreciation came frankly, after I have started reading your posts which prompted me to post the pics of my Laguiole folder earlier.
Well, during the Christmas dinner, I was laying the table for the family, you know (you tend to take out and show off your worthy possessions, once or two in a year :D , to let them breathe and respire fresh air :D ), when I suddenly realised that these knives deserved a bit of extra attention. I treated them with due respect and after the dinner was over (the next day :D ), cleaned them myself with utmost care (only wiping and avoiding any water sprinkles on the handles). Then I took some photos while my better half was looking at me with raised eye brows (has he gone crazy or what??? kind of look) .

So here are some photos for you and thanks to you all for making me love them more than ever before.

best regards

Dear friends,
After a small discussion about these knives with my wife today, I just recalled that they were specially ordered and delivered after about 2 months. Why? The normal Laguiole knives come with a metal part at the end of the handle (as in pic below) which is something we did not like (i do not like it still now). So we asked if 2 sets could be made without that metallic end. It could be done and you saw them :D .
BTW, do not these lovely handles remind you of elegantly beautiful feminine legs???? :) Here, I differ a bit in opinion from you (slingshot, Moin and Brihaji). These handles (the legs in black stockings :) ) wake in me, the sensuality of the 'burlesque', French cancan, Moulin Rouge and the ultimate and the unique of the present days: 'Crazy Horse'. :D :D . Please do not miss it the next time you are in Paris.
