it's a PVC bow
it's my first try to copy a mongol bow.
It's light weight bow (Draw Weight App 30 pounds) I also made a simple re-curve bow,
currently working on a heavy bow (Approximately 60-80 pound)
will be posting the steps...

The Mogolian Bow looks very neat & nice....

just heated the pipe with the heat gun
then pressed the pipe using the wooden board to make it flat..
will be posting the steps, when I'll start new project.
it's really easy, but requires practice

what i lack is good set of arrows
all arrows i shot were made using 1/2 inches diameter, 30 inches long teak wood dowel,
not strong, but just to test the bow
looking for aluminum arrows...
can anyone help me find cheap alu arrows??

looking forward in future to play with the Fiber Glass and Wooden composit bow, If I am lucky, may be I can use fiber Glass, wood and Carbon fiber to create a composite horse bow..
but that will happen when i become perfect in PVC bow making

current project..
top one will be a recurve bow (may be)
and the bottom one will be making a Horn Bow (Turkish Style, with wooden or PVC siyahs)
both are sc40 1" PVC pipes
