Here are some pics from the Aitor Jungle King 1, see for yourself if any of these things are useful, maybe a few...but in time as a friend of mine had remarked, one trip out and you would probably loose most of it..

Here the blade compared to couple of khukris - of course all the rockwell hardness, cannot be ignored

If you ask me, a khuk is much better and 14k bucks, the jungle king is darn expensive....

Ranjeet,

How big is the khuk's blade? And where did you get these from? The difference in the Aitor and Khuk is very visible. Thanks for sharing the pics.

One, the lower one has a blade length of 10.5 inches and the top one is 10.

The khuk are from Nepal, imported to Germany and brought back ...

Btw, instead of the Aitor if you can get hold of one of the Puma either Waidblatt or a white hunter- those are really good knives..

Coorect me if I am wrong but it seems that good khuks are easier to get elsewhere than in India....

Is there no place in North India where one can get a good quality khukh?

Do Army Stores, who sell different artifacts like berets, boots, hackles etc. would have it by any chance?

Hunter,
Long time fan of cold steel Tanto.Good collection.Have you seen the vid of theirs, the one where they cut 1" free hanging manila rope and drive a tanto through a car door-a big yank car, not a maruti ;)

start account, upload pic, once uploaded, click on IMG, copy and paste the link after your text. Simple even for a computer hater like me.
