The Locksmith has a File...this is used to file through metal. The Soldier does not have this. The Soldier has a Saw instead...this cannot be used on metal, it is used to cut through wood. The file on the locksmith is engineered to be used as a file as well as a hacksaw with the edge designed for cutting through metal.
