Could it be the "Shamshir"?
The curved blade is peculiar to the following swords, in order:
The Persian 'Shamshir' :

The Turkish 'Kilij':
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kilij
The Arab 'Saif':

The Indian 'Talwar':

this is just a graphical image and seems to be a cross between a talwar and a katana pattern...It is not a traditional blade IMO...Briha Sirji

Seems to be a computer animated picture rather than a picture of an actual sword. The proportions of the blade, hilt and pommel are completely wrong. The light playing on the distal makes it completely tapering, which cannot be possible in an actual sword.

At the most it could be a letter opener lying on a table with a shiny glass top.... And the pic later enhanced by photoshop

Very poor design for a sword. Will be good in the kitchen.
Cant comment on graphi/comupter part.
