I looked at the blade but I cannot see where the bottle opener is located! ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
In all seriousness, that does look like a blade pattern which would actually be quite handy and useful working in the garden.
Fighting other Ninjas, maybe not so much unless they brought their own bottle openers!

Re: Secret Agent Ninja Sword
There is a TV series on Star World called "Arrow", i've seen some actors in that series use this type of blade... Well, the protagonist is trained using this blade on an island...
I believe in second chances… it’s called reloading

Re: Secret Agent Ninja Sword
Is there any restriction to import sword through postal from overseas.
I found a sword which seems similar that used by RAIJO (Hero) in NINJA ASSASIN movie and THE WARRIORS WAY movie. Japan based dealer. I asked him regarding MOC (material of construction). Till nor got his reply.
Here is the link http://www.aliexpress.com/item/BattleRe ... 16701.html
Here is pics for reference (snapsort from monvie NINJA ASSASIN and THE WARRIORS WAY)

Mark.. LMAO........
Ganesh keep collecting. You like it, its all that matters. Enjoy your acquistion.
Aftab, No you cannot. This is a sharp full sized sword. ALI EXPRESS is the source of all chinese junk blades. USD 150 is too much money for this and can get you a good knife from KC. There's a thread here on getting a sword through courier route if i recall correctly.

Re: Secret Agent Ninja Sword
Gentlemen , Greetings . I am a new entrant to the forum and was very interested in the legalities of owning Swords here in India .
I am interested in importing a few from the US and wanted to know if there were any restrictions . There seems to be much confusion because under Tariff Item 9703 of the Indian Customs Act, this covers swords etc and specifies a duty structure but it also says that its Restricted and "License" is required. Further inquiries at Customs proved fruitless because they don't seem to know WHO issues the License and how one is to get it but a license is needed they say or a permission or permit - again, of course, they have no idea WHO is to issue these . The other issue is Replicas and Film Props - these things have no notification and since that is the case they lump it in Tariff item 9703 which means that too one is expected to have a license for it would seem. can anyone shed some light on this please
thanks
