You get what you pay for. I was never comfortable with this series, mere a marketing ploy that a serious knife making attempt.

The plastic wears off rather quickly. And not because of misuse...in general tasks. I was very uncomfortable with this. I used the fixed blade knife in camping once...and the guard was very flimsy. Didn't inspire confidence. Rather go for the LMF 2.
