Is there a place in Delhi from where I can buy a Japanese Katana sword or any other similar looking 2 hand sword?

Delhi Gun House near Kashmiri Gate in old Delhi used to make very good hunting knives and folders in the Nineties. Later, after I left the city, I heard that they had gone into the business of making good quality replicas in bulk for foreign film production companies. You can find their number and give them a call. Original Japanese Katanas will certainly not will be available across the counter anywhere in India.

Even if replica is of good quality i will be worth. I can find Japanese Katana for 5500 Rs in eBay. But don't know about the quality

Since possession of anything having more than 9 inch blade is illegal. How do I have to tackle local law if I possess such sword?
