This is my first post here and would like to start it with a few pictures which I wanted to share with my fellow outdoors men and women. One of my friends from North Dakota has shared his experience on a tree stand. I bet he never left his stand
I guess you would never see this in your life...live, except on TV.
Enjoy

WOW.
Moose. The largest and strongest deer on earth.
A pack of wolves.....Formidable hunters.
In India, we have both Wolves and the wild dogs (Dhole), though their numbers have gone down.
Poisoned by farmers, protecting their livestock.

Beautiful pics,
Reminds me of Finland february temperature -30, we were driving in the artic circle through the woods there was a car parked and there was a lady with a shotgun and her faithful companion a retriver out on a hunt for hare and small game she was alone. There was a system by which any hunter in the area had to display a card or something near the car parked at the edge of the woods that a hunt was in process so that people did not stray in and get hurt.
By the way moose and reindeer sausage is extremely tasty

Dear Shooter,
My friend's dad at that time was 72 years and lives near the artic, regularly goes for reindeer during game season and I was lucky to have the sausage they had made at home with the local butchers help. They have fire places all over the house and they love to just sit looking at the lake with the sausage over the fire and talk about the adventures of the game trip they had. Finns love their vodka, sausage, mustard and gravy, maybe its their national food.

Shooter,
maybe we should plan a game trip for reindeer that way we get to eat the freshest of sausages, what do you say?.

A good deed needs no permission.
In hindi 'neki aur pooch pooch'
In rajasthani 'geli sabbar pehli' (a crazy person is the first (to agree to something)).

Shooter,
I hope some day this happens, is the initiater crazier than the person agreeing? might be a endless debate.
hopefully should be decided sooner rather than later.
