Russian Binoculars & Monoculars - Reviews and where to buy from

Do any of you have any experience with Russian made binoculars?
I was searching online and found the website : https://binoculars.ru/
They have Russian made binoculars,Monoculars as well as spotting scopes.
The Binoculars are of the brand KOMZ.
They also have a brand named 'Sturman',I am not sure if that is a Russian or German brand or it is a Chinese brand though the name does not sound Chinese.
Is the above website reliable? They say they will use EMS Worldwide to make the delivery.
If any of you have experience using these binoculars and monoculars,Please tell me about it.
Or if you have experience with any other Russian binoculars and monoculars,tell me about it and also where can I get them online and if any shop in India sells such things.I am fond of military and World War items so I am looking for a USSR/Russian binocular/Monocular but wouldn't say no to old German,etc either.
