Dear Friends,
I've been getting emails re: asking about driven shooting in the UK.

Nagarifle made a post long ago re: his experience in a driven shoot.

Here's a video showing what a driven shoot is all about:

If there are any questions, ill try to answer them to the best of my ability.

Q: 1
Is the English weather as beautiful and sunny during the season as shown in the video?
A very important factor for hunters from India.

Q: 2
What's the approximate distance between each peg/gun.

Depends. The shooting season, for pheasant , starts on October 31st. Days can be sunny and less miserable before the winter sets in.Again, winter has its own beauty and on a lucky winter day you could have the sun up even if it's cold. One constant is the beautiful English countryside.
