From citizen/subject Grumpy to former colonial Eljefe `Clean in ( IN ! ) body, clean in mind` perhaps ? Dunno, there`s all sorts of strange people about. Perhaps he was just very badly constipated. Years ago the Chinese were convinced that all Europeans were constipated and made all ships take on loads of Rhubarb as part of their cargo. Perhaps those enterprising types had a listless look about them ? You`re the doctor so you tell me ! Later on the Brits got their own back by making the Chinese take part payment in opium.......which probably caused the same problem. That`s not very funny - true but one of the more shameful aspects of our colonial past.
