Thanks forpictures and the write up, I almost re-lived the day..
Mack The Knife wrote: Ranjeet was using a baitcasting set-up. He was completely new to it, infact we spooled the reel when we reached Forbes, and hence at a disadvantage. In other words, his casting was poor.
I am really glad I tried baitcasting, I am still learning but it sure is worth trying and I think I would stick to baitcasting
Mack The Knife wrote: Ranjeet makes another of his cockeyed casts, which naturally ends up at the edge of a weedy bank and snags. I pay no attention as by now I am used to this but when he says, he may have a fish at the end of the line I am all attention
Mack The Knife lend me one of his brand new frog bait and on a whole new equipment, this was the first catch...Must say I was delighted..

Thanks Mack The Knife for lending me your brand new frog bait..
Mack The Knife wrote: Thanks to Ranjeet for driving both ways (I know it's a b**ch, especially the drive back) and to Anand for the delicious chicken-n-mushrooms. Bring it again this coming Sunday.
Anytime for Fishing..

Anand Thanks for the delicious chicken, your company and for the Dinner as well:)

Hope there will another fishing session with you folks soon..

Cheers
Ranjeet

To tell you the truth, the century isn't important. It's how and when, that is. Should have kept my mouth shut.

Like yours?

Incidentally, if Ice does not want to bring his Innova on Sunday (I can hardly blame him), Ice and I will go in my 800 and you will have to come in your car or he will park his car at your place and you guys will have to travel in yours.

My hundredth catch (whatever fish it is), will be followed by a grand bash inviting several celebs, Mexican belly dancers, African Joomba beat, and Russian gymnasts :) :)
Beer and Vodka will flow from taps with savoury chicken served in big platters, steaming with flavor and aroma.. :) :)

For the Geometry freaks

Here is a road map of what most anglers take to WASI-Forbes.

In my opinion, EF is almost parallel to HI
