AFIK the eBay ones would be used, are you sure you want to wear used shoes? There is the hygiene factor to consider, if nothing else it would be an easy way to pick up a fungal infection....

Try oliveplanet, they did have the green berets boot sometime back, you can probably call and ask them. Just don't go for Woodland if you intend to trek on wet rock.
