I tried looing for rucksacks online.
I want to buy them in India.
The stores which came up are

You are from Delhi it seems so you can go to Tibetian Market, in Delhi to buy canvas rucksacks.
If you want waterproof rucksacks go for wildcraft. You can buy their stuff from www.wildcraft.in or myntra.com
Or go to their shop in DLF saket or TGIP Noida.
For other branded rucksacks, go to shoppers's stop. For not so branded but good rucksacks try a sports shop
