The waterfowl season is opening this weekend and will go on for next 100 days for us here and I think to enjoy it more I would like to find some good recipes from my friends here who are hunters too. I am bored with my style of cooking and would appreciate some new recipes to cook the Geese.
Please don't be shy, as we all are not expert cooks(at least myself
) just throw in your 2 cents and I do have a feeling we will have a good collection of recipes here on this thread.I will make sure your recipes will not go to waste but they will be tried once I get my geese. Thank you, Shooter for tempting us with the early ducks you got last month.
