A brief of my experience:

Called Andrea last Thursday and expressed my interest in a few Ballistol products. A catalog and price list was mailed to me within a couple of hours. Their bank details was also sent in the mail. Made a deposit on Monday by 12:30 pm and ordered for Ballistol Oil & Spray (both 50ml) and their barrel cleaner. Andrea promptly sent me the tracking number by email the very same evening. Received the ordered stuff by 1:00 pm Wednesday. The packing was excellent. The items were individually well wrapped in bubble wrap, put into a carton and sent across. Excellent service. On the whole a very positive experience.

I ordered a 100ml spray and payment was made last Friday I am still waiting. The order was sent on the 20th.
I too have a tracking no, and its Blazeflash couriers
I am still waiting for it, I am in Bangalore too.
I wish I had the same experience as you
