When any political/non-political gathering become reckless and ingulge in stone pelting or burn tyres on the road , in such event it is desired the law enforcing agency open rubber bullet firing along with tear gas to disperse the unruly mob.
In a situation where the gathering is equipped with traditional arms and ammunitions or with consealed fire arms , indulge in destruction of Govt.property and pose to be an eventual threat to law agency , it is imperitive to resort to fire at mass area.
Impact of bullets even below the torso can cause grave injury.
The rubber bullet , in general does not cause so much grave injuries.

From the article
Because police are trained to shoot center mass—that’s why.
The police in America manage to shoot more blacks than non blacks. I wonder if that is part of their training?

Bennedose,

Please limit the discussion to the topic of the thread. If we start discussing politics and race relations, things will only go south and that is the reason for the consistent policy of IFG that only those topics related to RKBA are discussed. Politics, unless connected to RKBA, are not allowed. This applies to everyone.Cheers.
