Adee sawmy, times of india buddhi.They believe the onus is on men to not commit crimes, rather than women defend themselves.

One of the "high moral ground" statements. Funnily enough, people don't realise that it takes literally decades to change mentality (look at racism, casteism, etc. isms). What happens to the victims in the meantime???
