Zoey Ripple, a lady in Boulder County, Colorado entered into someone else's house thinking it was her own after she got drunk. The homeowner shot her and now is pressing charge of first-degree criminal trespass of a dwelling. The lady is upset because the homeowner is pressing charges against her, I guess the lady doesn't understand the simple fact, If one commits a crime he/she has to be prepared for the consequence.
This type of case happens everyday in USA but this one caught my eye since I'm a regular visitor of the lady's blog at http://biteintoboulder.com quite shocking for me. I never thought she was an alcoholic, well, you can't judge anyone by their online personality (I'm a prime example of that, if you see me IRL you'll find it hard to believe that it's actually me.)
