Just curious, if as per Indian gun law, 22 LR semi automatic rifle is considered NP bore or not ?

.22 bore Rimfire rifles and Smooth bore breech loading shotguns, both in semi auto comes under NPB (Permissible) category.

I still regret selling off my Browning Auto-5 as in the 90s they irrationally bought it under restricted category and would renew already owned autos only for a year in Mbai, Mrashtra.I am looking for one in real good condition once again.
