This semi-auto carbine made by Skat (GM) company in Russia for individual order in caliber .32ACP
What reason? dont know

This carbine based on gaz pistol IZH 79-8 - only changed barrel and add stock


All this mean Makarov pistol very easy convert in 32 ACP, need only change barrel and mag

Maybe for export reason,dont now, but UK legal only 22 lr semi auto pistols ,not 32 ACP
if this developing for local market its be caliber only 9 mm MAK

And dont understand reason, if you need glock or something , in Russia have no problem with this, go in sport club and buy what you need ,in all calibers
If need self defence, go and buy SAIGA TR9 Paradox - its more better then this
