I'm getting interested in this Serbu RN50. Can a civillian own this weapon? What about other 50 cal bolt action rifles?

Are you from the USA? If no and if the answer is India, then, you cannot own this 50 Calibre Rifle.

You can only get on if you're coming into India from a foreign country where you have owned it for at least two years. There are no 50 cals here in India and you can't import one even if you were a renowned shot since 8mm is the largest caliber that is allowed in ISSF. At least, that's my understanding anyways.
