.315 Rifle Modification and Ammo Availability in the future

Hello members, I have three questions
1. Why doesn't anyone modify their .315 rifle like they do to the iof .30-06, I have not seen a modified .315 rifle
2. Will a modified .315, like changing the stock, bolt work and barrel muzzel crowning improve its accuracy considering the .315 cartridge is very different from the .30-06 cartridge
3. And since India seems to be the only country making .315 ammo are there chances that Indian Ordinance Factory stop making the ammo for .315 in the comming future
