Which AK 47 rifle is better? The Hungarian or the Russian made AK 47 ? I guess the Blonde(Hungarian) here beats her Russian counterpart the Red(Russian made AK 47) especially the threaded barrel version of the Hungarian AK.

Pre-1991 Yugoslavian made in the Crvena Zastava factory in Kragujevac, Serbia. By far, the finest AK's ever made. NATO bombed the factory in 1991 though. Zastava has come-back, and they are very good quality, but not quite yet what they used to be..

Otherwise, Russian is good.

Otherwise, Russian is good.

I do not have experience with the AKs. Zastava builds very good true Mauser actions. Apocryphal but it is believed that FN tooling ended up with Zastava.
