What rifles are available in 30-06 caliber in india? And can sport persons import new 30-06 rifles from regminton winchester etc.?

A lot of the queries you are asking by starting new threads over the past couple of days has been answered before. Use the search function on the top right hand corner of this forum to go through them. If you still find anything that's not there, then feel free to ask. Also, please be specific on what you want to know. Members here will explain to you everything you probably need to know about shooting,but,they wont bother if you turn out to be lazy.
To answer you question, currently the IOF .30-06 cal rifle is probably the only rifle of this caliber that can be bought brand new in India. Regarding buying used ones,nobody knows,you might even get hold of an M1 Garand rifle if you search the market/turn up at army auctions.
Only shooters who have a renowned shot certificate in the big bore events is eligible to import a 30-06 rifle.
