want advice/suggestion with new gun purchase

Hello all i am looking forward to buy a new gun, preferably nitro piston gun which i can get in mumbai or can import. The following is the criteria

rilfe
max .22 caliber
Can mount any scope on it or best even if it comes with a scope
not concern with weight much
under 30,000 rupees
available with open sight as well as mounting scope option
low maintenance
easy servicing

require for target practice, aiming to improve my sports performance in rifle shooting.
