Hello everyone.
My name is Nidheesh. I am a new join here in this group. I am about to buy a new Air gun, for target practicing. I came accross this forum in google search and found to be very interesting and helpful for new guys like me. coming to the point, from the various discussin and internet searches I have decided on buyin A Precihole nx100 or sx100 (dependingupon my budget). being a newbee, is it ok to buy those ones or Should I start with an others? Advise welcomed.......
Also, Is there any good club in and around Erankulam to go for daily or weekly practicing? Came to know about from the forum about Kottayam Club. Could you please give the contacts as well, if it is ok here..
Thanks & Best REgards,
Nidheesh Jose.

Welcome to the Forum Nideesh.
IMHO since an air rifle is going to last you a long time go for the best one within your budget, an IHP or a Precihole. both are good rifles with the precihole being slightly better in make and finish. The precihole NX in .177 will give you a smoother cocking and shooting cycle.

Some learn by reading. A few by observation. The rest of 'em have to pee on the electric fence.

@Nidheesh - First of all Welcome to the forum...
Please introduce yourself in the 'Introductions & Welcomes' section.
Also you have posed this topic in the incorrect section, please spend some time and read through the forum rules and that will give you a fair idea about the forum, section and their purposes.
The right topic (questions) in the right forum would yield you the optimum solutions/ suggestions.
As AnandNair rightly said, ARs last for a lifetime; If treated & maintained well, so make sure you make the right choice.
Its a well known fact that Precihole and IHP are the best in the market (Indian Made), if your budget allows, go for Precihole as it comes factory tuned and performs best, out of the box.
Another suggestion, if you plan to shoot in a rifle club, then make sure you choose an AR in .177 caliber, as they will not allow a .22 there.
Read the earlier posts in the forum which would give you tons of information.
This post, 'Which airgun should I buy?' is a great starting point, make sure you go through it completely.
