need details for brno single shot bolt action rifle

Hi guys ,
I am planing to purchase BRNO SINGLE SHOT bolt action rifle from my uncle, but cant decide on the price of the rifle...
can anyone help me to identify the price of the rife...
it's 1950 Czech BRNO Single Shot Bolt Action .22LR rifle. currently dont have the pics, will be posting tomorrow.
I has been kept for more then 20 years and not been shot, also there are few wears and tears on the stock, bolt seems to be working fine
