I am confused and want know about earning after investing a hug in shooting career( Cloths+Gun+Ascc.) please explain any buddy that When we start to get cash prizes from shooting? Is there any cash prize for 'Captain Ezical' And G.V . Malwanker winners? OR NSCC winners?

AFAIK there is no legitimate way to 'make money' off shooting in India, except maybe as a professional coach. No cash prizes either. If you'd like to make money playing a sport in India, you should try cricket, Golf, Tennis, etc.
