1)30-06 Rifle are manafactured in Rifle Factory Ishapore only or any other IOF manafactured a this type(30-06)rifle.
2) where 315 rifle manafacture

I could be wrong, but AFAIK
1) Yes, so far only Rifle Factory Ishapore
2) Rifle Factory Ishapore & Ordnance Factory Tiruchirappalli, though the latter seems to produce very few as they aren't too many of them in the market.
