price of .22 Made in England BSA Rifle

Dear Friend,
I need your help in buying .22 rifle,It is with one of my friend ,inherited from his father about 35 years old and in a good condition. It is manufactured by BSA Made in England BSAlll is engraved on rifle, Its magzine capacity is of 5 rounds. .22 LRCARPL DCL is also engraved on rifle what does it stand for, He is asking 1 Lakh 40 thousand rupees for it shall I go for it. Please help

The price quoted for the BSA is too high. A very good condition BSA in Mumbai dealers shop was at 1.25 lakh. Yesterday only I checked..
This includes his profit, say rs. 25 to 50 k.
If you need, pl call me on 9422857012.
The range of a BSA in good condition from a private party should be anywhere between 60k to 90k.
Not more than that...
