bsa 3r 30.06 rifle

hey can someone tell me what the 3r stands for in this rifle model and the tentative price of an unfired piece. any other detail would be appreciated as well.
hopefully the moderators will prove helpful in this regard

There will hardly be an unfired piece. Most of what is available in India right now would be second hand used rifles.

I just checked the Ned Schwing guide and there is no mention of a 3 R design in it. If you were to post a picture of the rifle in question, we might be able to help you with more information. You could also register at
www.internetgunclub.com and post any questions that you may have over there. There is no more authoritative forum/resource on British firearms in the world.
