is this a stunt or he had put too much oil on the gun? Ak is basically a machine gun 600 rounds per minute and drum magazine means the chap is firing 100 plus rounds. What a waste of ammo..

That video has been doing the rounds for ages.
If it is taken in the US the gun is highly illegal since no one with a FA would destroy thiers, they are just too expensive.
Plus just praying and praying isnt quite the way to shoot.

I dislike the video its a gimmick and stupidity and what a waste of ammo. No gun lover oils (or for all you know this guy has put some gasoline at the muzzle end) and lets the gun so hot so it catches fire and spoils the guns. this guy is a jerk and demonstrates no power to me.except that the gun takes a big beating and will still fire.

Yup! Absolutely nothing to do with "power".
From the standpoint of muzzle energy and muzzle velocity, the 7.62X39 is middle of the road. There are plenty of cartridges that are more powerful.
It's just oil on the barrel that is on fire. Metal doesn't burn like that, it melts first.
