Two Federal 180 PowerShoks at 9 o'clock and two Sellier & Bellot 180's at 12 and 5 o'clock respectively, shot prone with the bipod at a lasered 97 yards....I'll let the picture do the talking

Tell that to the stylebhais.They obviously are not concerned about such mundane thing as groups.Good shooting.

A typical stylebhai

Step one- Buy a tarted up phoren raifale.Thereafter loudly proclaim his wisdom in avoiding the IOF raifale Some one with lesser resources will buy the IOF 30-06 but will at the same time make known his intention of buying something "better".

Step two-Slap on a cheapo scope in even cheaper rings on a jugaad scope base.A stylebhai with better taste(if there is such a thing) and not enough cash for a "better" raifale will get bases from Amrika for his IOF 3006.It makes no difference to him that the contour of the receiver of the IOF is different from the Sauer.

Step three-Shoot a couple of rounds into the air accompanied by lots of laughing or giggling and with a couple of " oh! s*** " thrown in.

Thank you for the appreciation, the Outback is my pet "doodle gun" as of now and its really rewarding too see performance like this after putting in a great deal of work on this rifle and having spent many evenings doing some serious brainstorming, and I'm glad all of that didn't go in vain, tuning this rifle was not as easy as I'd thought it'd be as its built on a platform that we're not very familiar with, that is to say comparing it with an M98 action or similar. But like they say, its not the destination that matters but the journey, and let me tell you, its been fun all the way

how much do the federal 180gr and the S&B 180 retail at?

S&B 180gr in Ahmedabad at 120 a pop.

Thats not too bad. I mean 12 bore cartridges are retailing for 3-4 times their value here but rifle ammo for less than double its value here.

Excellent shooting but from your post I gather that you tuned your rifle? Am I correct is thinking that this was not done with a stock, out of the box rifle? If so how extensive were the modifications?

Wow what groups. Almost looks tighter than a .22rimfire at 50m. Well done Zubin.
