Remington 742 Woodmaster (.30-06)

I believe the originals had some problem fouling with the magazine box lips and that Remington had sent out new bolts to all those who had registered these rifles with them.
Would it still be possible to get such a bolt upgrade kit today? If so, grateful if you could tell me from where.

penpusher, thanks for that link. Some useful tips there.
Incidentally, this rifle is a shooter. My friend achieved a two shot group of approx. 3/4" c-t-c at a measured 60 yards using irons.
Mark, is the following statement correct? I ask because my friend has bought some 180 grain rounds.
"The 742 was designed arount the 150 grain cartridge, and should not be used with either the 180 grain or the light magnum loading. The higher pressure of these loads generates a violent recoil of the bolt, whigh damages the upper guide rails, causing the bolt to remain in the retracted position."
