I have located a SAKO .375 MAGNUM RIFLE any body tell me .375 magnum available in india and any info about the rifle&ammo price in india

By .375 magnum you mean .375H&H magnum?Ammo is available in India,I'm not very sure about the cost.Kindly post some pictures if possible.

I remember handling a Sako 72 in .375 H&H, it seemed uncannily light for caliber, felt like 6-7lbs. I politely passed up the offer to shoot it knowing fully that a couple of rounds lit off from a rifle of this weight, the old H&H is well capable of knocking all the fillings out of your pearlies! 
Never shot a Sako .375 H&H but from what i've heard from a friend who's owned all of three different .375 H&H bolt guns including a Sako that he sold two weeks after he bought it, when asked why, all he said was every time he took a shot, it felt like someone wanted to rip his head off his shoulders!!

The caliber you write about although considered a medium bore in the hunting world of big game shooting, is pretty heavy for an all purpose rifle, at least in Indian scenario. It indeed is a very versatile caliber and can bring down any game that walks the earth today but renders itself useless here in India for the same reason unless one decides to buy it strictly as a collector piece. The cost of fresh ammo varies between Rs.450 to 550 a piece. This particular caliber seems to kick twice as much when punching paper target while sitting down and six folds more if shot prone. Your question itself seems to reflect your ignorance about this particular caliber so, I suggest you shoot at least five rounds of 375H&H rifle on target (any preferred position)before you decide to go ahead and buy it.

I'd follow Marksman's advice if I were you. Good luck! And dont try that thing out prone, lest you want to be standing up straight after the shot!

Sako makes excellent rifles.
However a 7 lb rifle in .375 HH is a handful and not very pleasent.
Personally I dont see the need to own a .375 HH unless I wanted to go big game hunting, and even then would probably pick something else. In India I certainly see no application for the caliber other than bragging rights.
If this is your first rifle, might I suggest something more practical?
